Google Instant Search....Is it too fast?

I am sure almost everyone has enjoyed the new experience of the Google Instant Search. The advantages of speed are obvious. In my case, it can be a little distracting. I have a tendency to see another or related subject as I type and immediately go down a different direction. You might say I am a little bit like my dog when it sees a squirrel while chasing a ball.
